Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We use The Courier Guy door to door couriers for all our shipping.  

Orders need to be placed and payment cleared before 2pm Mon - Fri to make the cut off for shipping out.

How long will my order take to ship?

We ONLY ship with Economy services.  We take 1 working day to prepare and pack your order. Shipping can take anything from 2 - 5 working days.  Please remember not to count weekends and public holidays.   

Weekend deliveries

Our courier options don't allow for delivery on weekends.  If you place your order on a Friday and you choose overnight delivery, your order will only be delivered on the Monday.  If you want Saturday morning delivery please call us directly before 3pm on the Friday to get a quote.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for store credit.  If you want a refund a 15% handling fee can be charged to cover transaction fees and shipping. 

Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from our online store, if you have purchased from a third-party retail partner then they need to arrange your return or exchange. 

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. 

All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unused and unsoldered. 
When returning items to DaVinci Lab, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. 

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. 

All gift cards are non-refundable.

FAULTY GOODS

At Compass Services we are committed to product excellence and take great pride in the selection of brands we stock. Occasionally, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.

We will test and check the product. Once we are happy that the condition and fault are valid we will send you a replacement one with our courier at our expense.

SHIPPING RETURNED GOODS

You will need to send the faulty/returned product back to us to inspect.
